Job description

Are you looking for a hands on role where you can play a key part in the strategic planning and financial success of a growing organisation? As an FP&A Analyst, you will provide insightful financial analysis, assess key performance metrics, identify trends and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reporting. Responsibilities: As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for: • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning. • Analyse variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and investigating significant movements. • Deliver meaningful insight into business performance through KPI reporting and analysis of key operational drivers. • Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, providing clear analysis of financial performance, key trends, opportunities and potential risks. • Partner with Finance Business Partners and wider stakeholders to provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic decision-making. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple systems through regular reconciliation and validation processes. • Drive continuous improvement within the reporting function by identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency and enhance reporting quality.
