You'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership with the financial insight needed to drive business performance. This isn't a role focused purely on reporting - you'll be involved in shaping decisions, challenging assumptions, and helping the business understand what's really driving results. Key responsibilities will include: • Delivering meaningful commercial analysis and performance insights • Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making • Leading stock reporting and improving visibility across the business • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities • Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least two years' post-qualified experience. You'll have a strong commercial finance background, advanced Excel skills, and solid financial modelling capability. Experience working with stock reporting and ERP systems would be advantageous but not essential.
