Job description

Keeler Recruitment is supporting a high-growth, multi-site organisation in the appointment of an FP&A Lead. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape a high-performing finance business partnering function while influencing strategic and operational decision-making across a complex and evolving business. Operating within a dynamic and commercially driven environment, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight to senior stakeholders. You will play a central role in translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that support performance improvement, investment decisions and long-term strategic direction. Key responsibilities: • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, building capability and commercial impact • Provide clear, insightful analysis to support senior leaders in understanding performance and evaluating opportunities • Act as a trusted advisor, offering both support and challenge across strategic initiatives and investment decisions • Enhance reporting, tools and processes to improve data access and decision-making across the business • Translate complex financial information into clear narratives that drive understanding and action • Support delivery of group strategy through robust financial evaluation and performance tracking About you: • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) • Proven experience in FP&A or finance business partnering within a multi-site or complex organisation • Strong leadership background, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams • Commercially astute, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders • Confident operating in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving capability • Skilled in turning financial data into meaningful insight that supports business outcomes The opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a business during a period of investment and growth, where finance plays a critical role in shaping future direction.
