Job description

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading Business Services group to recruit a FP&A Manager. The business is a market leader in their field, with a fantastic range of products and innovative services. Their growth over the past 18 months has created a new position for a FP&A Manager. The successful FP&A manager will report directly to the FD and have responsibility for commercial accounting and business partnering. The role offers a base salary up to £60k plus excellent benefits and the opportunity for career progression. Hybrid working after probation is offered. The office is based in Rainham, Essex. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance. • Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals. • Develop rolling forecasts to provide updated financial projections. • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modelling. • Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. • Leverage financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision making. • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. • Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
