Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging, high-quality Year 2 lessons aligned to the National Curriculum. • Prepare pupils for KS1 SATs in an engaging and supportive way. • Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and close learning gaps. • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
