Description Fund Controller VP to ED Docklands Canary Wharf - 5 days in office Asset Management, Transportation investment - Alternatives - Banking & Financial Services • Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with internal teams to manage fund operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. • Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations for assigned funds. • Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fund performance and strategies - including Deal Making, address questions from investors, capital calls. • Manage relationships with auditors, trustees, and other external stakeholders. • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives. • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
