Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Administration: Assist with the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of fund companies, managing corporate records, statutory filings and compliance documentation
• Statutory Maintenance: Ensure that client Statutory Registers and corporate documents are accurately maintained in strict accordance with relevant laws and internal policies
• Meeting Governance: Arrange directors' and shareholders’ meetings and attend sessions alongside senior departmental colleagues and legal professionals
• Documentation & Drafting: Prepare high-quality draft minutes, board packs and corporate resolutions
• Compliance & Onboarding: Obtain and review vital KYC, AML and CFT documentation from clients and intermediaries
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain frequent, professional client contact via email and telephone, acting as a trusted point of contact
About You:
• Qualifications: Fully qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary with The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) UK & Ireland, or holder of the Professional Certificate in International Investment Fund Services (IIIFS)
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working specifically within the funds industry is essential
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic board portals (e.g., Diligent, Board Intelligence) is highly preferable
• Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with lawyers and senior professionals
• Organised & Proactive: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative as well as part of a larger team
