Job description
Sales Support Co-Ordinator
Central London
£40,000–£45,000
Love detail, thrive under pressure, and know your way around a cost plan?
Let's talk.
I'm recruiting for a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out business in Central London and I'm on the hunt for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to keep sales projects running like clockwork — from first quote to final sign-off.
This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll be the glue between the sales team, suppliers, and clients — making sure every quotation, cost plan, and spec is accurate, on time, and client-ready.
The setup: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home.
What you'll be doing:
Sales Support
• Preparing and issuing project quotations and cost plan budgets
• Supporting the sales team on product specification and technical requirements
• Producing detailed, client-ready cost plans
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on product info, lead times and pricing
• Coordinating fabric and material sampling for client approval
• Checking order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracy
• Managing the handover from sales to delivery, cleanly and clearly
Project Coordination
• Tracking project programmes and delivery schedules to keep things on course
• Supporting snagging and shortages reporting through to client sign-off
What you'll bring
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial interiors, fit-out, or furniture
• Sharp attention to detail — nothing slips past you
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they become problems
• Confidence working solo and as part of a team
• A calm, professional head under pressure
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
What's on offer
• 23 days holiday, rising to 28 with service (plus 3 days automatically allocated for the Christmas office closure)
• Death in service cover at 4x your annual salary
• Cycle2Work scheme — up to £1,000 towards a bike
• Pension via NEST — 3% employer / 5% employee, with salary sacrifice available
• Fitness perks — Gymbox & PureGym corporate discount, plus free weekly Pilates, Yoga and Dance classes on-site
• Employee Assistance Programme — 24/7 confidential support via BUPA
• Eye care — free annual eye test plus £50 towards glasses at Specsavers
• Food & drinks — daily fresh fruit and biscuits, monthly birthday cakes, weekly office drinks, and barista-style coffee & tea
• Socials — quarterly team events, charity days, and the all-staff Christmas meal
• 2 paid volunteer days a year
• Enhanced parental and maternity leave
