Garden Territory Operator - West Midlands

About the role: Cut My Garden is a growing garden maintenance platform operating across the West Midlands. We're recruiting a self-employed gardener to take on regular, pre-booked local jobs including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and garden tidy-ups. Jobs are routed to you through our app — no need to source your own customers. Responsibilities: • Complete scheduled gardening jobs to a high standard • Communicate professionally with customers • Maintain a reliable, punctual work schedule Requirements: • Reliable and punctual, comfortable working independently • Previous gardening/landscaping experience preferred • Own tools preferred but not essential • Full UK driving licence preferred What we offer: • £100–£150 per day, self-employed, weekly pay • Flexible working days • Jobs provided no self-marketing required • Opportunity for progression as the business expands in your area After your application: Expect a message on WhatsApp to organise interview & trail then if were a good fit an induction.
