Gardener / Handyman / Chauffeur

Overview Self Employed / £18,00ph / 40hrs per week / 8am - 4pm We are seeking a reliable and skilled gardener/handyman/chauffeur you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of outdoor and indoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, and general repairs, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise a diverse range of skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to the upkeep of our properties and grounds. Responsibilities • Conduct routine maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and carpentry work. • Use hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment to carry out landscaping and gardening duties. • Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas through mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising. • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. • Identify potential hazards or issues within the property grounds and address them promptly. • Chauffeur duties are also required so a full clean driving licence is required Experience • Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred. • Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, spades, and pruning shears. • Experience operating power tools including trimmers, drills, or lawnmowers is advantageous. • Growing experience in plant care • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently • This position offers an engaging role for an individual passionate about outdoor work and property upkeep, providing opportunities to develop skills across various aspects of landscape maintenance and general repairs within a supportive environment.
