Job Summary We are looking for an organised and proactive General Administrator to join our busy practice team. Supporting our Long-Term Conditions (LTC) and QOF team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients are recalled for reviews, appointments are coordinated efficiently, and administrative processes support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities • Support the practice recall system for long-term condition reviews, including diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension and mental health. • Contact patients by telephone, SMS and self-booking links to arrange appointments and encourage attendance. • Use Accurx to send bulk patient communications and manage recall campaigns. • Ensure patients receive timely invitations, reminders and follow-up correspondence. • Work closely with clinicians and senior administrators to support accurate clinical coding and data quality. • Process Subject Access Requests (SARs) and insurance report administration. • Manage GP Links registrations and patient deductions. • Provide general administrative support to the wider practice team as required. Skills & Experience • Excellent organisational and administrative skills. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Good IT skills, with the ability to learn new clinical systems. • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and prioritise competing workloads. • Previous NHS or GP practice experience is desirable but not essential.
