Currently trading at around £25,000 per week with an approximate 30/70 wet-to-food sales split , the pub attracts a broad customer base including families, local residents and sports enthusiasts. While wet sales continue to grow, there is a real opportunity to rebuild food performance and create a more balanced, profitable business. We're looking for a strong operator who can drive high standards, develop a compelling food offer, increase guest frequency through local marketing activity, and maximise the pub's entertainment and sports proposition.
