ABOUT THE ROLE As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, person-centred care environment. You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home — all while meeting regulatory standards and achieving key business goals. Your responsibilities will include: • Championing high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice • Driving recruitment, retention, and development to build a strong, engaged team • Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and external professionals • Managing staffing levels to ensure safe, effective care at all times • Providing inspiring leadership that empowers your team to be their best • Overseeing budgets, stock, and resources to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations ABOUT YOU You’ll be someone who naturally lives our values — caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable — and brings them into everything you do.
