This is an exciting opportunity to lead our established Kendal site, with responsibility for £10.5m revenue and a well-established operational team.
The Kendal site plays an important role within our UK operations, and we are looking for a strong, inspiring leader who can continue to drive performance, develop people, and deliver operational excellence.
We are looking for someone who is either an existing General Manager or a high-potential candidate ready to step up into a General Manager role for the first time.

Your tasksYour
Mission at Elis
• Lead and Inspire: Direct all site teams
– production, logistics, engineering, customer services – to deliver
excellence every day while fostering a culture of trust during a period of
change.
• Take Ownership: Full P&L
responsibility with a focus on hitting EBITDA targets and safeguarding
revenue.
• Develop People: Coach, support, and
grow your team, ensuring every colleague, both new and existing, feels
valued, engaged, and part of the Elis culture.
• Drive Improvement: Lead the LEAN agenda
and embed our culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Shape the Future: Align local operations
with Elis’s strategic goals while identifying opportunities for growth and
innovation.
• Deliver for our Customers: Put service at the
heart of everything we do, ensuring we continue to exceed customer
expectations throughout the integration process.
