General Operative / Trainee Polisher Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.71 per hour (depending on shift) Shift Patterns AvailableDay Shift Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm Night Shift Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 6:00am Contract12-week temporary to permanent opportunity About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for General Operatives / Trainee Polishers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop a long-term career within a modern production environment. No previous polishing experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Working within a busy manufacturing setting, you will be trained in polishing and finishing metal products while supporting general production and assembly duties. This role would suit candidates with experience in warehouse, production, assembly, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or other hands-on environments.
