Key Responsibilities: • Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses. • Conduct physical examinations and order or interpret diagnostic tests. • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness. • Manage long-term conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Asthma. • Provide preventive healthcare, including vaccinations, health screening, and lifestyle advice. • Offer mental health assessment, treatment, and referrals where appropriate. • Refer patients to specialists, hospitals, or community healthcare services when required. • Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of general practice. • Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and comply with legal and ethical standards. • Work collaboratively with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care. • Working with other partners to make efficient and robust clinical and business decisions. Required Skills and Qualities: • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Compassion, empathy, and professionalism. • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
