Geotechnical Associate Director - Bristol Ref: BY208728 Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing, independent multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions across infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy projects throughout the UK. Based in near Bristol, this Geotechnical Associate Director position offers the chance to lead and develop a successful geo-environmental and geotechnical team while playing a key role in business growth and client development. The Role As Geotechnical Associate Director, you will: • Lead and manage geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception to completion. • Provide technical oversight across ground investigations, contamination assessments, geotechnical design and remediation schemes. • Mentor and develop engineers and consultants within the team. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Support business development, fee proposals, tenders and project delivery. • Collaborate with specialists across environmental, planning and engineering disciplines.
