Job description

The Global Audit Inspections Manager supports the delivery of the inspections programme by coordinating inspection activities, managing key workstreams, supporting Member Firms and global inspection teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of inspection methodologies, reporting and guidance. Client Details This role is based in the London head office of one the world's largest networks of independent assurance, tax and consulting firms. Description • Manage and coordinate global inspection processes across the network. • Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement effective inspection protocols and procedures. • Analyse inspection findings and prepare comprehensive reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to address identified issues and improve practices. • Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent application of inspection standards. • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards. • Act as a point of contact for global inspection-related queries and concerns. Profile The role would ideally suit an individual with a strong audit background and experience with inspections, who is looking for new challenges and to broaden their skills. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have: • Professional qualification in audit or assurance (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent). • Significant experience in external audit, audit quality or inspections. • Good understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and quality management principles. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across different cultures.
