Global Mobility Assistant Temporary Assignment – Initially 3 Months London – Hybrid Working Tony Alan is partnering with a highly regarded London-based organisation to recruit a Global Mobility Assistant to support the team during a busy period. This is a temporary assignment for an initial period of three months, with both full-time and part-time applications being considered. Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager and working as part of a collaborative and close-knit team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a broad range of mobility, immigration, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in Global Mobility. Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting Home Office compliance administration and reporting activities • Preparing secondment documentation and assignment packs • Drafting and distributing invitation letters and other standard correspondence • Maintaining trackers and ensuring accurate record-keeping • Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and administrative activities • Providing general support to the Global Mobility team during a busy period The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
