Job description

The role itself involves being a (Doctor) Salaried GP at our practice. You will be required to work as an autonomous practitioner and be responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering excellent clinical care. In particular, you must adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contribute to effective management and processes within the practice, show leadership skills as well as maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team. You will be involved in routine clinics and taking part in the duty doctor rota. If you have particular special interests, we can look into how we can accommodate your skills. We have a skilled team of clinicians including doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, GPA's and health care assistants. We have a culture of learning and personal development. There are regular clinical meetings which allow us to discuss matters (clinical or non-clinical) in an open and supportive environment. Apart from this, we pride ourselves on having an open door policy- any issues can be discussed at the time you need to with any member of staff.
