You will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, tasked with designing and implementing automated workflows using AI that will transform the way we work. While driving our AI strategy is a core pillar of this role, you will also be fully embedded in our day-to-day business operations. what you will be doing: • Driving Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive tasks and design responsible, AI-driven, and low-code solutions. • Delivering an AI Strategy: Own automation projects from scoping through to deployment, ensuring tangible operational value. • Business Operations: Provide essential administrative support, maintain internal digital tracking systems, and collaborate with the team to improve our service delivery. • Change Enablement: Champion digital change across the firm, helping non-technical colleagues seamlessly adopt new automated tools. the apprenticeship programme.This role isn't just a job; it’s a fully funded launchpad for your career. You will be enrolled in the AI & Automation Practitioner (Level 4) Apprenticeship (Skills England ST1512). Running alongside your role for 14 months, you will receive guaranteed, ring-fenced off-the-job training (minimum 420 hours) to learn from industry experts.
