Graduate Customer Success Engineer London | Hybrid | Climate Tech Want to start your career doing something that actually matters? This is not your typical graduate customer service role. We’re working with an ambitious climate tech startup that is transforming the way homes are heated and helping accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future. They’re looking for a technically minded graduate with a background in mechanical engineering, engineering, physics, energy, or another technical discipline to join their growing Customer Success team. This is an opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with your communication skills and work directly with customers, installers and industry professionals to solve real-world problems. What you’ll be doing: • Helping customers understand and get the most from innovative low-carbon heating technology • Troubleshooting technical challenges and finding practical solutions • Working with customers and industry professionals to improve the user experience • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, simple language • Feeding customer insights back into the product and wider business • Becoming a subject-matter expert in one of the most important areas of the energy transition What we’re looking for: • A degree • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • A genuine interest in climate change, sustainability and the future of energy • Excellent communication skills • Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems • A curious, hands-on mindset and the desire to learn quickly
