Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Graduate to join thier finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, assist with reporting, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping while gaining valuable professional experience. Key Responsibilities • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense claims. • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies. • Help prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. • Support the finance team during audits by preparing required documentation. • Process journal entries and update accounting systems. • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. • Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
