The RoleFollowing comprehensive training, you'll recruit within specialist Financial Services markets, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: • Building relationships with clients and candidates • Headhunting high-quality professionals • Interviewing and qualifying candidates • Managing recruitment processes through to placement • Negotiating offers • Developing your own specialist market • Building long-term client partnerships This is a consultative sales role where you'll develop valuable commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills while earning uncapped commission.
