Your Day-to-DayAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll: • Interview and place candidates into schools • Build strong candidate and client relationships • Hit weekly KPIs and performance targets • Learn sales, negotiation and influencing skills • Be coached daily by top-performing consultants You'll never be left to "figure it out" - the training and support here is industry-leading.
