Your responsibilities will include: • Building relationships with clients and candidates • Sourcing specialist professionals • Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement • Conducting interviews • Negotiating offers • Winning new business opportunities • Developing long-term client partnerships • Becoming a specialist within your market This is a consultative sales role where you'll develop valuable commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills while building a career with uncapped earning potential. Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for ambitious individuals who are motivated by success and want to build a long-term career. You'll ideally have: • A Levels (or equivalent) as a minimum or previous sales experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commercial awareness • Confidence, resilience and a positive attitude • A competitive mindset • The ambition to succeed in a performance-driven environment A degree is welcome but isn't essential. Whether you've recently finished education or have experience in sales, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you if you have the drive to succeed. Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll benefit from hands-on coaching and daily support from experienced recruiters.
