Job description
Have you ever wondered what software the world's biggest consultancies, law firms, and engineering businesses use to run their operations?
This is your chance to find out - and sell it.
Imagine giving businesses Google Maps for their projects - showing them the fastest route, flagging roadblocks ahead, and helping them hit their goals quicker. That's exactly what our client does. They're an AI-powered project management platform trusted by KPMG, Atkins, BDO, HS2, and Pinsent Masons - helping professional services firms manage everything from new business through to finances in one place. Private Equity-backed, globally scaling, 32,000+ users worldwide.
What's on offer:
• £27,000 basic salary, £35,000-£40,000 OTE Year One, uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses and quarterly incentives throughout the year
• 25 days holiday plus your birthday off, early finish Fridays when team target is hit
• Manchester city-centre WeWork - free barista coffee, dogs in the office, Friday drinks
• Perkbox discounts, subsidised gym membership, and local bar and restaurant deals
The Role:
As a Graduate SDR, you'll be reaching decision-makers at consultancies, law firms, and architecture firms via phone, email, and LinkedIn - booking demos and creating pipeline for the senior sales team. Quality over quantity: smart questions, real conversations, meaningful opportunities.
Progression:
One of our placed candidates was sitting in on client meetings 5 months in and promoted to Account Manager within a year - £5,000-£8,000 salary increase. Clear paths into Account Executive, Account Management, and Sales Leadership. A new CRO joined this year with specific focus on investing in the SDR team.
Training:
This business partners with Prime to offer 12 weeks of structured sales training through the Prime's Sales Academy with a formal accreditation, an SDR manager whose sole job is developing the team, off-site training days with external trainers, and a buddy system from day one.
Who they're looking for:
• Graduate calibre - degree discipline doesn't matter
• Naturally curious, coachable, and eager to improve
• Confident communicators comfortable with senior decision-makers
• Commercially curious with a genuine interest in how businesses operate
• Resilient, self-motivated, and in it for the long term
Effort drives earnings, progression is genuinely fast-tracked, and the product sells itself to serious businesses. If that sounds like the right environment - let's talk.
