Graduate Teaching Assistant Hammersmith & Fulham, W12 (commutable from Shepherd's Bush, White City, Acton, Hammersmith, Chiswick) £110-£120 per day Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Long Term Futures is recruiting two Teaching Assistants to join a highly regarded primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham from September. These classroom-based roles offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, supporting learning across Key Stage 2 and helping pupils reach their full potential. One position is based within Year 5, where strong English and Maths skills are essential to support pupils as the curriculum becomes more challenging. These opportunities are well suited to experienced Teaching Assistants looking for their next long-term role, as well as graduates considering a future career in teaching. About the Role Working closely with the class teacher, you will: * Support pupils during whole-class teaching and independent learning activities * Deliver targeted interventions in English and Maths to individuals and small groups * Reinforce classroom learning through clear explanations and tailored support * Encourage confidence, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning * Adapt activities to meet the needs of different learners where required * Prepare classroom resources and contribute to an engaging learning environment * Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maximise pupil progress This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive and ambitious primary school.
