This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing organisation where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Leaders across the UK, Europe and globally – delivering high-quality creative across digital, print, retail and events. Key Responsibilities: • Creating a wide range of digital and print assets, including digital media, print ads, brochures, catalogues, presentations and in-store graphics • Designing creative for trade shows, exhibitions and brand activations • Working closely with the global marketing team to communicate the brand visually and effectively • Presenting new ideas and creative concepts to support ongoing brand development • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials • Managing cloud-based asset libraries and maintaining organised artwork records • Preparing print specifications and obtaining quotes from suppliers • Preparing artwork for print and liaising with printers through to final delivery • Conducting quality control checks on printed materials Key Skills: • 3+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva) • Luxury goods industry experience is desirable • Solid understanding of design principles and visual storytelling • Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions • Experience working with external suppliers, such as printers Personal Profile: • An interest in fashion or luxury goods • A proactive, hands-on approach • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail across design and copy • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities • A true team player who enjoys collaboration • Positive, can-do attitude Salary & Benefits: • £32,000 - £36,000 • Full-time, Permanent • Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 15.00 • Pension Contribution • 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Free EV charging points and parking onsite • Staff social events • Ashington, West Sussex If you’re a creative Graphic Designer ready to take the next step in your career, then don’t wait – apply today!
