Grounds Maintenance Labourer • Location: Woking • Job Type: Temporary • Salary: £12.71 per hour Join a reputable arboricultural business as a Grounds Maintenance Labourer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to engage in hands-on tasks within a growing company. No formal qualifications or previous tree surgery experience are necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Day-to-day of the role: • Assist Tree Surgeons with daily work activities. • Clear branches, timber, vegetation, and debris from sites. • Load and unload tools, machinery, and materials. • Support grounds maintenance and site clearance work. • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment. • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. • Comfortable with manual outdoor work. • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, carrying, and moving branches, timber, and equipment. • Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Effective team player. • Previous labouring, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor work experience is advantageous but not essential. • Full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
