Group Financial Controller

The Group Financial Controller will lead all financial control, reporting, compliance, treasury and operational finance activities across the international group comprising seven legal entities. Description Key Responsibilities: Financial Control & Reporting Group Consolidation & International Accounting Inventory & Supply Chain Finance Treasury & Working Capital Compliance, Tax & Audit Leadership & Team Development Systems & Process Improvement Commercial Support Profile Essential Qualifications and Experience • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a financial control role. • Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting. • Experience within distribution, wholesale, retail, import/export or product-based businesses. Highly Desirable • Multi-entity Group reporting and consolidation experience. • Strong understanding of inventory accounting and working capital management. • Proven experience leading and developing finance teams. • Knowledge of UK and European VAT regulations and customs procedures. • ERP implementation or finance transformation experience. • Treasury and cash flow management. • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
