Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll lead the Product team responsible for keeping our international marketplace safe, ensuring our fraud-fighting capabilities converge into one coherent global strategy. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Integrity team. We ensure a safe and trusted experience for all marketplace participants—Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers—by building advanced risk mitigation and regulatory compliance capabilities that protect our business while driving growth. STRATEGIC VISION & EXECUTION - Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for fraud, trust & safety, and integrity across international markets, balancing global consistency with local regulatory and payment nuances. - Drive the convergence of global fraud-fighting efforts, partnering with US counterpart teams to unify risk signals, detection infrastructure, and response tooling. - Represent the voice of international markets in global prioritization decisions, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in global strategies. - Establish metrics, instrumentation, and monitoring to maintain clear visibility over fraud performance across every market, proactively prioritizing investments. TEAM LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY - Build, manage, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, setting clear goals and raising the bar on product craft and rigor. - Champion the use of AI and machine learning to move defenses from reactive, rules-based systems toward adaptive, model-driven detection. - Partner cross-functionally with regional General Managers, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to translate complex market risks into clear product requirements. - Build compelling business cases and ROI models for fraud investments, managing the impact of trust & safety decisions on the P&L. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE ESSENTIAL - Proven track record of scaling product organisations with significant product management experience in the tech sector. - Demonstrated experience in people management, with a strong ability to build, hire, and coach high-performing teams of product managers. - Deep domain expertise in Fraud, Trust & Safety, or Integrity, covering areas such as payments fraud, account takeover, abuse prevention, or identity verification. - Direct experience applying AI/ML models to fraud detection and prevention, with the ability to partner closely with Data Science and Engineering teams. - Experience operating across multiple international markets, with an understanding of regional variations in regulatory regimes and payment infrastructure. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to build alignment across global teams and time zones. - Quantitative fluency and demonstrated ability to build data-driven business cases and ROI models for risk investments. NICE TO HAVE - Experience managing cross-continental stakeholder alignment, particularly bridging European and US time zones. - Familiarity with multi-sided marketplace dynamics across consumer, merchant, and courier ecosystems.
