Group Production Manager (Multi-Site)

Position: Group Production Manager (Multi-Site) Location: Flintshire (covering Ellesmere Port, Deeside & Nantwich) Hours: Monday-Friday (Days) Salary: £NEG DOE + Company Car Lead multi-site production performance and standards, reporting to the Group Operations Director. You'll drive KPI delivery across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Productivity, lead Team Leaders, and embed a high-performance, CI-led culture. Key responsibilities (brief): • Own production performance across sites; deliver against KPIs and customer requirements • Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders; manage performance/attendance with HR support • Drive Lean/CI (5S, waste reduction, RCA) using data and ERP/MRP insights • Ensure H&S and quality/ISO compliance; maintain operational discipline across goods-in to despatch • Support capacity planning, expansion and senior-level reporting What you'll need: • 7+ years' senior manufacturing/operations experience (multi-site or large-scale) • Proven KPI improvement track record and strong leadership presence • ERP/MRP experience; Lean/Six Sigma desirable Apply / enquire: Contact Nicola at HRGO Recruitment - |
