If you're passionate about social media, confident behind the camera and full of creative ideas, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As Group Social Media Manager, you'll lead the planning, creation and delivery of content across our portfolio of brewery, venue and visitor attraction social channels. Working closely with our Marketing, Commercial and E-commerce teams, you'll develop engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness, grow our communities, drive visitors to our taprooms and online shop, and support wider business objectives. No two days are the same. One day you could be filming behind the scenes at one of our breweries, the next covering a beer festival, launching a new product or creating content from one of our bars or taprooms. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management • Manage our social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. • Develop and deliver a social media strategy aligned with business goals. • Plan, create and schedule engaging daily content across multiple brands. • Grow audiences, increase engagement and build online communities. • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor trends, conversations and competitor activity. • Manage paid social campaigns and optimise performance. • Analyse performance and provide regular insights and recommendations. Content Creation • Capture and produce high-quality photography, video, Reels and Stories. • Create engaging content that reflects each brand's unique personality and tone of voice. • Manage an organised content calendar. • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Commercial teams to develop creative campaigns and digital assets. • Produce content for our e-commerce channels and website. • Attend brewery launches, festivals, trade events and taproom activities to capture live content. • Ensure content is consistent, on-brand and optimised for digital performance. Marketing Support • Support wider marketing campaigns and brand activations. • Assist with trade shows and industry events. • Coordinate influencer collaborations and creator partnerships. • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practice. • Support wider digital marketing reporting and campaign analysis. About You You'll be a creative, organised and proactive marketer who enjoys taking ownership and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll be just as comfortable planning strategy as you are filming content, editing videos and engaging with online communities. Essential Skills & Experience • Minimum two years' experience in a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role. • Demonstrable success managing and growing social media channels. • Excellent photography, videography and content creation skills. • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability. • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid social advertising. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business mileage paid). Desirable • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Shopify and Hootsuite. • Video editing skills using Premiere Pro. • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign. • A passion for beer, hospitality, food or lifestyle brands. What We Offer • Salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience. • Hybrid and flexible working opportunities. • Business mileage paid. • The opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of iconic British breweries and craft beer brands. • A creative, collaborative and ambitious marketing team. • Plenty of variety, autonomy and opportunities to make a genuine impact. Location We're ideally looking for someone based within commuting distance of Masham, Saltaire or Birstall in Yorkshire, or our brewery near Alcester, Warwickshire. We're also open to remote working for the right candidate, provided you're happy to travel regularly to our breweries, bars, taprooms and events. Please Note This role includes attending brewery launches, festivals, trade shows and events to capture live content. As a result, occasional evening and weekend working will be required. If you're excited by the opportunity to help shape the digital presence of some of Britain's best-loved breweries and craft beer brands, we'd love to hear from you.
