Haddington Care Home is a well established care home in Haddington, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care for up to 68 residents. With a strong team culture and focus on high standards, the home offers a supportive environment where staff can develop their skills and make a meaningful difference every day. Hairdresser Contract • £13.52 per hour • Contracted to 6 hours per week - One day • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Hairdresser, you will play an important role in enhancing residents’ wellbeing, confidence and daily experience. This is a rewarding role where your work brings comfort, routine and a sense of normality, helping individuals look and feel their best. You will provide a range of hairdressing services including washing, cutting and styling, tailored to individual preferences. You will ensure the salon environment is clean, safe and welcoming, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times. Working closely with residents and the wider team, you will build positive relationships and deliver a service that supports dignity, confidence and personal wellbeing.
