Do you have a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance works? Then this may just be the perfect role for you! We’re looking to bring on board a Multi Trade Technician specialising in Plumbing or Carpentry, who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment. Your main base will be Bow, with regular travel required across East London and Essex. A company van will be provided. You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices. What you'll have Experience as a Plumber or Carpenter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll have a ‘one team’, team spirited ethos. You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT).
