Handyman

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join the on-site team at a high-end residential development in North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent all-round maintenance skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused residential environment. The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, helping to ensure the development is safe, well-presented and maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the development. • Complete routine inspections of communal areas. • Undertake basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry and general repairs. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests. • Assist with planned preventative maintenance. • Liaise with specialist contractors where required. • Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the development. • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. About You • Previous experience in a handyman, caretaker, maintenance operative or facilities role. • Good all-round maintenance skills across a variety of trades. • Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively. • Professional, approachable and customer focused. • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
