Your new company Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced maintenance person to join a busy construction project in Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for consistent work on a well-established site. Your new role • The general maintenance person and maintenance works around the site. • Basic joinery, patching, snagging and finishing tasks • Adjusting doors, ironmongery and fixtures • Making good work following trades • Installing and repairing minor fixtures and fittings • Site upkeep and ensuring work areas remain safe and tidy • Assisting site management with a range of practical tasks • Identifying and resolving minor defects What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience working as a Maintenance person, Multi-Skilled Operative or Maintenance Operative • Valid CSCS Card • Own hand tools and PPE What you'll get in return • Competitive hourly rate • Long-term work available • Weekly pay • Opportunity to work with a well-respected contractor What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
