Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Business Acceptance to lead business readiness, operational acceptance and the successful adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across a complex organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure change programmes are effectively embedded, delivering sustainable outcomes and a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations. Description As Head of Business Acceptance, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the business acceptance framework across a portfolio of critical transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between programme delivery and business operations, you will ensure that change is effectively adopted, operational risks are mitigated, and new capabilities are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual environments. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, strong governance expertise and the ability to influence at executive level. Profile The successful candidate will bring: • Significant experience leading business acceptance, business readiness or implementation functions within large and complex organisations. • A strong track record of delivering successful transformation and change programmes. • Experience operating within regulated or highly governed environments. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively. • Strong understanding of programme delivery, operational readiness and change management disciplines. • Exceptional communication, leadership and decision-making skills. • The ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
