Job description

Location: Luton | Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus | Hybrid / Full-Time The Role: My client is seeking to recruit a Head of IFA Administration to lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional financial planning service. Reporting to the Head of Advice, Delivery and Development, the successful candidate will oversee workflow, processes, quality, compliance, and support client interactions, including preparing for meetings and ensuring all actions arising are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of CRMs • Oversee onboarding, training, and development of the team • Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service • Support client meetings, build strong relationships, and action follow-ups • Manage new business applications, contract administration, and client records • Produce management information and assist with projects as required The Person • Experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Assistant with supervisory or team leadership experience • Motivational, supportive leader with strong organisational and administrative skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and embracing of change • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and client service skills • Confident, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality • Technically proficient, with experience in MS Office and back-office systems Salary & Benefits • £45,000-£55,000 + performance bonus • Pension scheme • Hybrid working • Support for professional development To apply please contact Sam at Financial Divisions.
