Key Responsibilities • Lead and evolve the IT function across infrastructure, service delivery, cyber security, and end-user technology • Define and deliver a cloud-first strategy, driving ongoing migration, optimisation, and governance within Microsoft Azure • Transform IT into a modern, scalable service through automation, self-service, and improved user experience • Own IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous service improvement • Act as a senior partner to the business, aligning technology initiatives with organisational objectives • Oversee cyber security, including controls, risk management, and incident readiness • Manage third-party suppliers, budgets, and governance frameworks • Contribute to broader digital and technology strategy alongside senior leadership Experience Required • Proven experience in a Head of IT / IT Director / senior IT leadership role • Strong Azure and cloud platform expertise, including delivering migrations and operating in cloud-first environments • Demonstrable track record of leading cloud transformation and modernisation programmes • Experience running IT operations (infrastructure, service desk, end-user services) in a multi-site environment • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, security tools) • Experience owning or contributing to cyber security strategy, controls, and operations • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels • Strong supplier, stakeholder, and budget management experience Apply Now!
