Job description

Head of Manufacturing IT & Business Systems Hertfordshire Hybrid (3 days onsite) Total package – Competitive + great benefits An experienced senior IT leader is required for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client to take ownership of Manufacturing IT Services and GxP-regulated Business Systems across its EMEA manufacturing hub. This is a senior leadership role responsible for digital strategy, operational resilience, compliance, business continuity and technology transformation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key responsibilities: • Leading Manufacturing IT Services and Business Systems. • Driving digital transformation and site technology strategy. • Ensuring GxP compliance, validation, data integrity and audit readiness. • Managing technology portfolios, vendors and key stakeholders. • Building and developing high-performing teams. Experience required: • Proven IT leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing environments. • Strong GxP, CSV, validation and compliance knowledge. • Experience leading business-critical manufacturing and laboratory systems. • Act as the regional lead for GxP IT governance and alignment • A track record delivering digital and business transformation programmes. • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
