Head of Product Engineering – Retail Hybrid | Permanent Ready to lead engineering at scale? ClearCourse is looking for a Head of Product Engineering – Retail to lead the largest and most technically diverse engineering vertical across our SaaS portfolio. You'll oversee 9 products spanning 6 technology stacks, leading Product Technical Leads while shaping the future of our engineering organisation. This is more than a leadership role—it's an opportunity to influence strategy, drive AI adoption, improve engineering standards, and play a key part in the evolution of one of the UK's fastest-growing software groups. What you'll be doing: • Lead and develop Product Technical Leads across a diverse engineering portfolio • Own engineering capacity, delivery, and performance across multiple products • Drive engineering excellence, consistency, and AI-assisted development • Partner with senior leaders to shape technology strategy and product priorities • Champion continuous improvement, scalable engineering practices, and technical innovation • Help shape the future structure of our Retail engineering function as the business continues to grow Requirements We're looking for an experienced engineering leader who combines technical credibility with commercial thinking.
