An established and fast-growing manufacturing SME is seeking a commercially astute Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and support the next phase of business growth.
Reporting directly to the COO and operating as a key member of the Senior Management Team, this role will lead procurement and supply chain activities, with full accountability for performance, cost control, service levels. You will play a critical role in ensuring the supply chain supports both current operations and future growth ambitions.
This is a highly hands-on, SME-focused leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational delivery. You will drive commercial decision-making, embed continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and implement robust, agile supply chain strategies that directly impact profitability and customer outcomes.

The role of Head of Supply Chain & Operations will be responsible for:
