We are looking for an experienced, professionally credible therapy leader with the qualifications, judgement and personal impact to lead complex services across a large acute Trust. You will bring a strong track record of senior clinical leadership, service improvement and partnership working, alongside the ability to inspire teams and influence at all levels. You will also need to be adaptable, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to make sound operational and strategic decisions. The role requires participation in the On-Call Manager rota and the ability to travel independently between Trust sites.
