Lead end-to-end transformation across a large process improvement, SAP & AI investment, shifting a siloed function into a proactive, insight-led, value-driving function delivering measurable performance improvement. Operate as a high-gravitas right hand to the EMEA leader, navigating ambiguity, driving cross-functional change at pace, and building new capabilities and team performance while delivering sustained business outcomes. Description Head of Transformation - FMCG - Surrey • Lead end-to-end business transformation across EMEA hub, from problem definition through to sustained value delivery • Develop strategic operational excellence capability that will proactively seek and deliver revenue generation and cost saving programmes across functions. • This role both strategic and hands on transformation delivery • Ensure transformation is delivered effectively and with strong business change support - aligning people process and systems • Act as right hand to the EMEA operations leader, supporting strategic direction and execution at pace • Drive a shift from siloed, reactive operations to a proactive, insight-led, value-generating function • Translate a $300M investment in AI, digital, and S/4HANA into practical, business-impacting outcomes • Define, prioritise, and deliver a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to COO-led performance targets • Break down functional barriers and deliver true cross-functional, E2E process improvement • Apply AI and digital tools pragmatically to enable predictive analytics and better decision-making • Operate effectively in an ambiguous, evolving environment, making trade-offs and creating structure where needed • Lead and develop a small team of 4, building capability, accountability, and delivery standards • Influence senior stakeholders across a diverse, international organisation, driving alignment and speaking truth to power Profile The Transformation Leader should have: • Led Transformation capabilities and be well versed across business and technology led change. • A strong background in business change, from industry or consultancy within the FMCG OR similar fast paced industries • Excellent programme and project management track record delivering business transformation across a variety of business functions • Experience ofdeliveringERP led process improvement- ideally including SAP programmes • Recent implementation of AI led projects e.g. predictive analytics are high desirable • Operational readiness / business change experience is key • Leadership experience (or potentially leadership support through consulting) of transformation capabilities • Team management (direct or matrix) • Industry experience MUST include FMCG or other fast paced industries Highly desirable • Six Sigma / Lean expertise • SAP S/4 Hana • Cross functional and/or Shared Service Centre transformation experience • International transformation experience working across borders and cultures Job Offer £100k - £120k fixed + 20% variable Opportunity to define and deliver a scaling transformation capability in a global FMCG leader 4 days onsite
