Head Veterinary Surgeon

Supported by a collaborative leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the practice and the wider clinical team. Location: The practice is based in Lincoln and easily commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Sleaford and Woodhall Spa. However ,there is a relocation package available for the right candidate! What We're Looking For: • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP medical and surgical experience. • Previous leadership, mentoring or senior clinical experience. • Committed to maintaining exceptional clinical standards and supporting colleague development. • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills. • Commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop a successful team. • Official Veterinarian (OV) status is desirable, although training can be supported.
