Health & Safety Administrator Northampton (Swan Valley) Monday to Friday (6:00am-2:00pm/7:00am-3:00pm) Pay rate depending on experience Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks Our client, a busy and well-established logistics company, is looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety Administrator to support their Health & Safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally gained within a logistics or transport environment. Previous Health & Safety experience is not essential, as full support will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Collating information to support Health & Safety investigations and reports. • Requesting and organising documentation from managers. • Updating and maintaining training records and driver/operative training matrixes. • Scanning and uploading documents to the company's drive. • Ensuring records are accurate, organised, and up to date. • Providing general administrative support to the Health & Safety team. What We're Looking For • Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems. • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with managers across the business.
