Lecturer in Health and Social CareLocation: West London Salary: £33,429 - £46,618 per annum (including London Weighting, pro-rata for part-time) Contract Type: Full-time (36 hours per week) OR Part-time (21.6 hours per week) Part-time Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Closing Date: Tuesday 07 July 2026 About the DepartmentOur Health and Social Care section is a highly successful, dynamic, and vibrant department within the College. We deliver a comprehensive range of courses primarily to learners aged 16-19, successfully preparing them for rewarding careers across the health and social care sectors. The RoleWe are seeking to appoint both a full-time and a part-time Lecturer to teach across a diverse range of qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the healthcare workforce. You will be teaching on programmes including: • Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science • BTEC RQF Health and Social Care (Levels 1-4) • Access to Higher Education (Health and Human Science) About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of industry expertise and a passion for education. Requirements: • A degree in Nursing or a relevant health/social care discipline. • Current or recent clinical experience gained within the health or social care sector. • The ability to effectively teach Health and Science subjects. • Prior experience in teaching, training, or assessing. • Teaching Qualification: If you do not already hold a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the Further Education (FE) sector, we are fully committed to supporting and funding you to achieve this.
