About The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their lives. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
You will be committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Flexibility, resilience and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential, as is a commitment to maintaining high standards of record keeping and service delivery.

Completion of, and commitment to, the Drug and Alcohol Workforce Development Programme (DAWFDP) is a mandatory requirement for all Health and Wellbeing Practitioners and Trainees. The DAWFDP is a structured 12-month professional
development programme aligned with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) Capability Framework and forms an essential part of the role. Successful candidates will be expected to commence the programme at the earliest opportunity.
